Rest Your Head on a Mountain of Our Lovely Pillowcases
Pillowcase FAQs
Pillowcases are such a simple way to add a bit of personality and intrigue to your bedtime. These simple fabric covers come in an array of designs and colours, offering a touch of personal style to our bedrooms. As well as keeping your pillows clean and protected they also offer a comfortable cocoon for your weary head at the end of the day. So, do some research, browse our range, and let us help you find a pillowcase just for you. Sweet dreams are just a pillowcase away!
Oxford pillowcases have a small border of fabric around the edge of the pillowcase. A housewife pillowcase has no border at all and just a simple flap to keep the pillow in place. Read here for more information about Oxford and housewife pillowcases.
You want to make sure your pillowcases fit your pillows just right and are not too tight or loose.
Our pillowcases come in four sizes, so you’re sure to find one that fits your pillow like a glove. We have standard size 20” x 30” pillowcases, square 25” x 25” cases, super king sizes at 25” x 30”, and even European sizes at 20” x 31.5”.

There’s no rule saying your pillowcases and sheets have to match. Mixing and matching is a fun way to customise your bed to you, after all. So, try patterned pillows with a plain duvet cover, pretty pink pillows against beautiful blue sheets, or whatever takes your fancy.
Our guide to bedroom colour schemes can give you plenty of styling inspo.
We sell our duvet covers and pillowcases separately to allow you to mix and match designs and sizes as you wish. There will always be a pillowcase available to match your chosen duvet cover… pop two in your shopping bag for a perfectly-made snooze spot.
Our pillowcases are all sold separately so you can choose to mix and match patterns and sizes as you wish and pop as many as you need into your basket.
For fresh and soft pillowcases, all you need is a gentle cycle with warm water and mild detergent. We particularly love detergents from our pals at Wilton London for sweet smells that bring even sweeter dreams.

Be sure to store your pillowcases with the rest of your bedding so you won’t have to rush around searching when you next make up your bed.
A neat trick to try is to actually use your pillowcases as storage. Fold up your other bedding and use the pillowcases as a bag to pop them in.
We champion three materials for pillowcases: lovely linen, classic cotton, or a wonderful blend of both.
Linen is hypoallergenic for comfy sleep and antimicrobial to keep skin and hair healthy. Its moisture-wicking abilities are ideal for summer nights.
Comfy cotton is another perfect pillowcase pick. It’s gentle against sensitive skin and breathable to keep you cool.
Give your pillowcases a wash weekly or every 2 weeks to make sure they feel and smell gorgeous night after night. This also keeps your skin and hair nice and healthy.
