Bed Linen, Curtains, Accessories, Towels and Nightwear

If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. We unfortunately cannot refund any shipping costs; the refund will be issued for the product price only.

Please ensure curtains are returned unwashed, unused, and with strings intact. Once the strings are cut or pulled, we cannot accept them.

Nightwear returns – Nightwear must be returned unworn and unwashed in its original packaging. Please avoid trying on items while wearing makeup, as stained garments cannot be returned.

Filled Bedding (Duvets, Pillows & Toppers)

Your filled bedding is made to order, especially for you. To check if it’s right for you, simply pop your hand inside the packaging and give it a squish. If you’re unsure, please keep the packaging intact and give us a call.

If it’s not right for you, returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the bedding is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of bedding that’s been used or washed. If there’s a fault, we’ll happily replace the faulty item and you can have it back on your bed before you can say “Is it bedtime yet?”.

Custom Orders

We are unfortunately not able to accept returns on custom and bespoke orders. If on the rare occasion something is faulty we will of course make sure that it is replaced.

Faulty Items

All our items go through a rigorous quality testing process at the factory. But, if something does slip through the net and a faulty product manages to find its way to your bed, please let us know as soon as you can. We can then organise an exchange or return for you.

Please do not throw a faulty item away before getting in touch with us, as we're only able to issue a replacement if the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please make sure that faulty items are washed and dried, or dry cleaned, before sending them back.  We regretfully are not able to inspect unclean items.

Simple Steps To An Easy Return (United Kingdom Only)

For UK customers returns are FREE. Click the button below and follow the steps to complete your return.

Create Return

Step 3

Follow the emailed instructions to print your label at home.  Your courier will be selected for you based on the size and weight of your parcels. DPD labels will need to be printed out at home. If you’re return is through Royal Mail, you have the option to print at home or take the QR code to your local Post Office and they will print the label for you.

Step 4

Drop your parcel at your local drop off location. Easy peasy!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the item to get to us and a further 7 days for us to process the return and send you an email.

Once approved, please note it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns – International

For any International Returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated via our International Returns portal.

We unfortunately, cannot refund original shipping, duties, or taxes, but you may be eligible for a refund on duties and taxes through your local customs office.

We cannot send replacements due to customs and tax requirements; a new order will need to be placed by our customer service team for faulty items.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 3 to 5 working days.
